Allison-Shelton Real Estate Services provides property management services for conventional apartments, affordable apartments, homeowner's associations, condominium conversions and reversions, individual condominium unit sales and management for absentee investors, renovation and rehab, due diligence, acquisition underwriting, receivership services, asset management and complete financial reporting and accounting. The firm currently manages 9,500 units that are located in Arizona, Texas and New Mexico.
